Joannie's Pizza Crust

Ingredients
2 packets yeast (4 1/2 tsp)1 1/2 c. lukewarm water4 c. all purpose flour1 tsp salt1/2 tsp sugar1 T. olive oil
Directions
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir. Let stand about 5 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients in a larger mixing bowl. Form a well and pour yeast mixture in. Work flour into yeast mixture. Divide into 3 pieces and spread out onto pizza pans. Makes 3 - 12" pizzas.

Cover with desired toppings and cook at 400 degrees until desired doneness.
