BBQ Beef Sandwich by SLC

Ingredients
1 lb chuck roast1/4 med onion sliced thin1/2 cup Barbecue sauce (Bull's eye used in calculations)1/2 cup water4 hamburger buns
Directions
Put roast, onion, barbecue sauce and water in baking pan. Cover and slow cook at 250 degrees F until falls apart with fork.
Shred and serve on hamburger buns.
