Ingredients
Ingredients:Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1.5 cupchopped apricots, dired, unsweetened, .5 cupblueberries, dried, unsweetened, .5 cup almonds, sliced, .5 cup Pumpkin seeds, .25 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .25 cup, hulled Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Almond extract, 1 tsp water, 2 tsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon, vanilla, almond, and water, in a non-stick electric skillet. Cook, stirring every few minutes, until oats just turn brown. Turn off heat.
Combine cinnamon, vanilla, almond, and water; mix. Pour into granola mixture and stir to coat evenly.
Divide into portions and/or store in freezer or fridge.
