Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey2 cups diced green bell peppers2 15 oz cans of diced tomatoes2 15 oz cans of tomato sauce3 1/2 cups of water2 beef boullion cubes1 tsp salt1/2 tsp of pepper1/4 cup of brown sugar1 cup brown minute rice
Directions
1) Brown off turkey burger and drain.
2) Combine all ingredients into a large slow cooker.
3) Cook until the peppers are tender. (Approx. 6 hours on high)

This makes a large amount of soup. When I entered it into the recipe calculator, I estimated it at 10 servings. Enjoy!!!
