Craigs Red Roaster pepper and tomato soup

Ingredients
1 can 6oz of tomato paste1 1/2 roasted red pepper chopped4 ripe plum tomatoes1 cup of tomato juice4 T basil1 t oregano1 cup of chopped fresh spinach (optional)2 cans 8oz chicken or vegetable broth2 cups waterOptional (season with 1 t red pepper flakes, a dash or two of black pepper, if you want it a little spicier)
Directions
combine water and broth in a pan bring to boil turn down heat add orzo and cook 8-10 minutes to taste
drain orzo saving broth
add peppers, tomatoes, tomato juice, spinach and seasoning to broth and simmer for 20 minutes
return orzo to soup
makes 6 2 cup servings
use low salt canned broth, tomato paste and juice for lower sodium recipe
