Guacamole

Ingredients
1 Avocado, peeled and pitted1 tbsp lemon or lime juice1/4 c. diced onions2 tbsp fat free sour cream
Directions
Peel and pit the avacado and add lemon juice to prevent browning. Mash, add sour cream and mix. Add onions, mix again.

Yield: approx. 3/4 c. 1 serving=2tbsp

    I liked this because it was simple, super easy to make and I had most items on hand. I also added 1 tsp. jarred minced garlic (I just like garlic flavor). I think this is a great basic recipe that you could modify however you want. - 3/1/10
