Sugar Free Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients:Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, nonfat, 3 cupsVanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp Pearl Tapioca, 1/3 cupSplenda No Calorie Sweetener 1/3 cup
Directions
Combine tapioca, Splenda, egg, and milk in medium saucepan; let stand 5 minutes. Cook on medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Cool 20 minutes to thicken.
