I love the contrast of flavors and textures. AND I feel really good about the dressing combination! I had just stewed a chicken so used fresh not canned - reducing the sodium (there was no count, but canned chicken is usually pretty high in sodium). - 9/4/07

I am eating it now and it is delicious. I added a little celery to it, too. - 6/27/07

This was a great recipie. IT was simple and I could swap out a couple things that I didn't have.
When I was making it I realized that I was out of curry. So I used 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/2 tsp of cycane, and 1 tsp of ginger. I also left out the walnuts so my son would eat it and added extra fruit. YUM - 6/29/10

I poached a fresh breast half. Didn't have apple, used 1/4 c cranberries, celery, onion and a fresh jalapeno. Substituted 1/4 c almonds for walnuts. Used 1/2 c red grapes and only 2 Tlb miracle Whip Lite w/the yogurt. It was delicious. Will make again. - 8/3/07

I love the Arby's chicken salad (the whopping amount of calories...not so much!) It's great to be able to make a lower calorie version. - 10/13/10

Just finished eating this, it is very good better than store bought and lower calories. I think adding celery and onion is must. I also used gralic salt instead of regular salt. i also used a little hummus on my wrap then add cucumber tomato and spinach. So good and heathly. oh and use greek yourgut - 5/6/12

My whole family loved this- including a preschooler and a toddler. I didn't have yogurt so subbed a little less sour cream, and it was still delicious. Next time, I'll add more fruit. Love the sweet crunch of the apples, especially! Thanks for sharing! - 1/3/11

I made this earlier this week. Just frogot to submit it. Im not sure why someone would bother to comment they would not make it because it wasn't vegan, since you never claimed it be in the first place. - 8/18/07
