Pillsbury Crescents - 2 cans Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese 16oz Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped or mincedBasil, 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Garlic powder, .5 tsp Onion powder, .5 tbsp Milk, 2%, 1 fl oz Flour, white, .1250 cup Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp
Preheat oven to 375°.
Unroll crescent rolls and press into the bottom and up the sides of an 8 inch pie pan.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain well.
Stir in onion, & seasonings, mix well then add ketchup & mustard.
Sprinkle with flour and add milk, mix.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat and and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Pour into the prepared crust and cover with second crescents package. Bake for 15 minutes, or until crust is lightly golden brown.
Makes 6-8 servings
