Ingredients
1 Italian Herb Flatout1/4 c. pureed tomatoes (no salt)9 slices yellow summer squash9 slices zucchini4 thin slices onionGreen pepper stripsOne sliced plum tomato1/2 tsp oreganoKraft shredded fat free cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Spread 1/4 c. unsalted pureed tomatoes over flatout. Sprinkle "sauce" with oregano and parmesan cheese. Top with green pepper, squash, zucchini, onion, tomato, and sprinkle with shredded fat free cheese.
"Toast" in oven approx. 10 minutes until cheese melts.

    Just so you know, the sodium calculation is incorrect- i use unsalted tomato puree, wasn't able to find it here!!!
