Turkey and Black Bean Sloppy Joes - Homestyle

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 17 oz (1lb)* 1 medium onion chopped* 1 tbsp olive oil* 1 19 oz (2.25 cups) can of Beans* 12 oz (1.5 cup) Low-Sodium Tomato juice* 28 oz (3.5 cup) can Diced Tomatoes* 1 tsp chopped garlic* 1 tsp Chili powder* 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)* 1/2 tsp Onion powder* 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend (I used Goya seasoning)* 1 tbsp ground cumin seed* 10 oz can (1.25 cup) canned mushroom pieces
Directions
Makes 8 servings

* In a medium sized pot, sautee chopped onions in olive oil until translucent
* Add turkey, cook through
* Add all other ingredients and mix well
* Once the mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and cook for about 40 minutes or longer if you'd like a richer tasting dish.

Serve with dinner rolls - calculate rolls at 200 cals each
