Black bean and green chili pepper burrito

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 large Olive Oil, 2 1tsp10" tortilla, approximately 100 cal each, 3 Pepperjack Cheese 3 slices, lowfat Sargento Beans, black, 3.5 cup (14.6 oz can, drained)Green Chili Peppers, canned, 0.5 cup (4-7 oz can)1/8 cup waterSalsa, 0.5 cup (or to desire)
Directions
Makes 3 servings

On a skillet at medium heat, cook onion in olive oil until wilted

Add black beans, green chilies, water. Heat through. Remove 1/2 black beans and mash or process and return.

Toast or warm tortillas. Place 1 slice cheese, 1/3 recipe black bean mixture and wrap for each burrito. Add salsa as desired.
