spinach seven layer salad

Ingredients
1 Package of spinach4 hard boiled eggs1 onion sliced thin4 Tbs. Hormel bacon bits1C. shredded low fat chedddar cheese1.5 c. sliced mushrooms1 C. frozen peas thawedDressing:1/4c. sugar6 Tbs. balsamic vinegar1/2 c. water
Directions
Layer first seven ingredients in a large baking dish.

Bring dressing ingredients to a boil, stirring frequently, then remove from heat. Let cool until warm then poor over salad.
