Navy, Black Bean and Ham Soup

Ingredients
8 oz dry black beans8 oz dry navy beans7 cups water2 Ham hocks2 cups chopped ham1 can low sodium chicken broth2 carrotts, chopped1 onion chopped4 stalks celery chopped2 cloves garlic minced1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 bay leaf
Directions
Rinse beans, add 7 water, bring to boil for 2 mins, cover and remove from heat for 1 hour.
Add Ham hocks, chicken broth, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, bay leaf, bring to boil, simmer for 1.5 hours
Add carrots and celery and simmer another hour or until veggies are tender.
Serve with warm french bread
