Quinoa Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups flour1/4 Cup Quinoa Flour6 tsp. (2 Tbsp) sugar4 tsp. baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt2 Cups Milk 4 Tbsp Vegetable oil
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl. Add milk and vegetable oil to mixture. Mix until smooth. Spoon or ladle one pancake's worth batter onto heated griddle, and cook at medium heat. Cook until golden brown on each side. Repeat until batter is gone. Makes approximately 12 4" pancakes.
