2/3 cup sugar12 oz can evaporated skim milk1/2 cup egg substitute15 oz can pumpkin2 1/2 tsps pumpkin pie spice2/3 arrowhead mills all purpose baking mixCanola oil cooking spray
Combine sugar, milk, pumpkin, eggs,and spices in large bowl. Stir in baking mix until blended. Spray Glass pie pan with canola oil cooking spray and wipe away excess with a paper towel. Pour mixture into the GLASS deep dish pie pan. 6 - 8 servings
Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
