Pumpkin Spiced Fiber One Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Fiber One pancake mix prepared according to box directions1/2 cup canned pumpkin1 TBSP Flaxseed Oil (optional)1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 TBSP Vanilla Extract1/3 cup Pecans (optional)* You can choose to add in raisins, walnuts, almonds, etc.
Directions
Makes 8 - 4 inch pancakes

Prepare 1 cup Fiber One pancake mix according to box directions.

Add in 1/2 cup canned pumpkin. Stir and mix well.

Add in flaxseed oil, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Stir up spices into mix.

Add pecans.

Drop 1/3 cup mix on to lightly greased (I use Pam Cooking Spray) skillet over medium heat. Cook 1-2 minutes.
