Mounds (coconut) balls

Ingredients
3/4 c instant mashed potatoes prepared4 c powdered sugar4 c coconut1 lb almond bark (covering)
Directions
Mix ingrediants and chill 1 hour
Roll into bite sized balls, place on wax paper and free 2-3 hr
Melt 1 lb chocolate with 2 drops veggie oil; dip balls into chocolate and return to freezer
