Kimchi Jigae

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup kimchi3/4 bamboo shoot1 clove garlic1 tbs sesame or conola oil2 cups water1 1/3 cup shrimp (optional)chopped green onions
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into crockpot, dicing the garlic, excluding scallions/green onions.

2. Set crockpot on low and cook for 3 to 4 hours. (if with shrimp, same time. It cooks fast)

3. Add scallions on top and eat.

Makes two BIG servings.
