Homemade Taco Pizza

Wheat Crust* 1.25 C Whole wheat flour* 1 C Hot tap water* 1 packet dry active yeast*2 Tbsp. Canola OilPizza Toppings* 2 Cans Black beans* 1 medium onion chopped* 1 large red bell pepper chopped* 1 lb. ground venison* 1-8 oz package of shredded cheddar cheese* 3/4 bottle taco sauce* 1 packet taco seasoning* 1 Can diced black olives* Shredded lettuce, as needed* Sour cream, as needed* Salsa, as needed
1. Put all crust ingredients into large bowl and beat with electric mixer on low for 30 sec. Turn to high speed and beat for 3 minutes making sure to scape side.
2. Add approximately 1 more cup of flower to bowl and mix with wooden spoon until all flour is mixed in. Toss onto lightly floured table and knead in any remaining flour to make an elastic and somewhat tough dough.
3. Make dough into ball. Let rest for 10 minutes. After rest roll dough out and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet (you can sprinkle with corn meal if wanted). Gently push dough up sides of cookie sheet. Place in warm area and let rise to double its size (approx. 30-40 min).
4. Place dough in oven pre-heated to 375 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile...
1. Brown ground venison in medium sauce pan. Drain and add onions, red pepper, and taco seasoning. Set aside.
2. In another sauce pan, over medium heat, dump 2 cans of black beans in and mash to the consistency of refried beans.
When crust is done...
1. Cover with refried black beans, ground venison, taco sauce, and rest of ingredients (do not add lettuce, sour cream, or salsa).
2. Bake in 375 degree oven until cheese is melted and toppings are cooked.
3. Remove pizza and top with lettuce. Add salsa and sour cream on side.
