Pulled BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
6 Chicken Breasts, skinless, boneless14 tbsp BBQ Sauce (a lower calorie type would make this even better)
Directions
Place chicken breasts in pan and just cover with water.
Boil until done (will vary depending on frozen or not).
Shread with fork into desired size.
Place shreaded chicken into a bowl.
Pour BBQ over and toss until covered.
Separate evenly onto toasted bread of choice (not included in nutional information).

Makes 6, one sandwich size, servings.
