1 pkg Ore-Ida frozen shredded hashbrowns3 T. olive oil1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef, cooked and rinsed2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soupWater
Directions
Cook hashbrowns in electric skillet with olive oil. Add cooked hamb meat and soup. Add water to thin to desired consistency. Season.
