Vegetables Only Soup

Ingredients
1c. baby carrots, cut in halves2 potatoes, mediun chopped3/4c. celery, chopped1/2c. onions, chopped1 zuchini, sliced1 can mixed vegetables, drained1 can sweet yellow corn2 strips bell pepper3 tsp Better Than Bouillon beef base about 2 quarts water salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat water in pot (enough to cover the vegetables) and alle ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 5 servings
