Rumbamel's Confetti Spanish Rice with MorningStar Taco Crumbles

Ingredients
-1 bag of Boil in the Bag Success Brown Rice-8 oz FF Fit n Active Chicken Broth-6 oz petite diced tomatoes from a can-3/4 C diced fresh broccoli-1.5 oz diced fresh carrots-1/4 C diced onions-1/2 bag Morning Star Meal Starter Crumbles (6 oz) package says this will be 2 C-17.5 g Aldi's taco seasoning, Stonehill Mills Essentials (1/2 bag)-1/3 C water
Directions
--Chop your veggies and measure your tomatoes and broth. Pour all and your rice into a large glass microwave safe dish. Cook on high uncovered for 10 minutes.

---While the rice is cooking, pour the crumbles in the skillet over med. heat and cook until almost defrosted. Add the water and taco seasoning. Stir around and bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 1 min. stirring occasionally.

--When rice is done combine it with the "meat" and stir well. Serve with cheese, sour cream and salsa (not in the nutrition)

--Makes 4 servings of 1 C each.
