No Fat Mango Lassi

Ingredients
2 cups plain non-fat (skim milk) yogurt, preferably organic, preferably from Butterworks Farm (VT)1 400 gram can Native Forest Organic Mango Chunks in Mango Juice1/2 tsp. rosewater1 Tbsp honeypinch - 1/4 tsp. cardamom6 - 12 ice cubes
Directions
Place ice in blender, process on slow speed until crushed. Add yogurt, mango with mango juice, rosewater and honey. Process on medium high speed until thoroughly mixed. Add cardamom to taste and blend again. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
