The recipes says to omit the parm for vegan recipe.

It tastes JUST as good without it. I'm vegan, but the rest of my household is not.

I made this dish and it was very good. I added a very small amount of italian dressing to mine. It sparked the flavor. - 3/11/10

WOW!~ I made with fresh tomatoe and fresh spinach and it was so delish we ate the whole thing. The flour really gave it a nice thick texture. I almost skipped that part, but am glad I didn't. - 2/23/10

Omit flour and diced tomatoes and use organic crushed tomatoes instead. - 2/23/10

While cooking this I thought: if this tastes as good as it looks and smells I'll be in love. It does! It was delicous! I didn't add the flour, and added some fresh tomato on top of the canned. Also, I used only 8 oz. of pasta instead of 16. We will definitly be having this again!! Thanks! - 7/7/09
