1/4+1 tab cocoa1/4+2 tabs sugar1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/8 tsp salt1/4 cup hot water4 cups non fat milkoptional semi sweet baking chocolate shaved into each cup up to half oz.
in a sauce pan put in chocolate cocoa,sugar,salt,cayenne. mix in 1/4 cup hot water,use a whisk to mix it up. turn on burner to low med and add milk keep stirring until hot. divide into 4 cups. you can add semi sweet baking chocolate to each cup to make it more chocolatey up to half oz per cup. enjoy hot!!
