18 Graham Crackers, crushed8 Ounces Tofu2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder, More if you wat a dark chocolate taste1/2 Cup Splenda1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract2 Eggs
Directions
Line muffin time with foil liners. Run graham crackers in food chopper and chop until smoothr. Mix tofu,coco powder vanilla, and sugar on medium speed until well blended; add eggs. Mix well. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with desired fruit topping and enjoy.
