Banana Apple Bread

Just like banana bread, but I add diced apple and cinnamon for an extra kick. To knock off a few calories, I find that using Splenda instead of sugar works very well. Here's what exactly I use:3 soft bananas1/2 c butter 1 c sugar or Splenda3 eggs2 c whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda3 tsp cold water1 tsp vanillapecans, chopped, to taste1 apple, peeled & dicedcinnamon, generous sprinkling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix everything in a medium or large mixing bowl.
Coat two aluminum loaf pans with cooking spray.
Fill each with mixture about half way.
Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
Enjoy with cream cheese (my personal favorite), yogurt, or butter! :-)
