T-Man's Low Fat Potato Salad

Ingredients
5 medium potatoes - peeled, cubed and boiled. 1/2 Cup Light Mayonaise2 Large Hard Boiled Eggs1 Cup Chopped Celery1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onion1 tsp mustard
Directions
Peel & cube 5 medium potatoes. Boil until tender, drain and cool. Add in large mixing bowl potatoes, chopped hard boiled eggs, chopped celery, chopped green onion. Toss with the light or fat free mayonaise and mustard. Season to taste.
