Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
I large bunch broccoliSalt & pepper to taste (I use 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper)2 Tbs olive oil1 tsp minced garlic1 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
cut the head of broccoli into florets and stalks
mix the seasonings and olive oil together
toss all to coat and combine
roast in a 425 oven until nicely caramelized (15 - 20 minutes approximately)
