Bacon Egg Salad

Ingredients
6 ounces diced cooked canadian style bacon2 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped1/2 cup diced celery2 tablespoons chopped green onion1 tablespoon mayonnaise1 teaspoon lemon juice amd dijon style mustarddash salt and pepper4 chilled lettuce leafs6 cherry tomatoes; cut into halves
Directions
In large bowl combine all ingredietns except lettuce and tomatoes; cover and refrigerate utnil chlled.

On serving platter arrance lettuceleaves; spoon mixture onto lettuce and surround cherry tomatoes.
