Chicken Meatballs with yogurt sauce

1 lb ground chicken 93/71 egg, lightly beaten1 cup soft breadcrumbs1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1/4 milk (I used Rice Milk)1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp saltpinch of pepper1 Tbsp oil for cooking1/2 cup nonfat yogurt1 jar of beef gravy1 Tbsp Paprika1 Onion, quartered
Mix together chicken and following 8 ingredients. Form in to 12 meatballs. Brown in oil over medium-high heat.
Add paprika and onion. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together yogurt and gravy in a small bowl.
Pour gravy mixture over meatballs and heat through, basting meatballs. Do not boil.
Serve over whole wheat egg noodles or favorite pasta.
Makes 12 meatballs.
