Miss Tina's Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 cups cubed potatoes1/3 stick of butter1/2 large block low fat cream cheese1/4 cup 1% milkSalt to water for taste (up to 1 tsp)
Directions
Boil potatoed until fork tender, drain. Return to pot and dry over heat tossing constantly. Add butter and cream cheese, mash or whip. Add milk. Mix until blended and creamy.
