1/2 cup of crushed ice1 scoop 100% whey Protein Powder (GNC), chocolate or vanilla1/2 cup Bryer's Creamy vanilla ice cream, Low-fat1/2 cup vanilla soy milk4 oz or 2 shots CHILLED espresso7 chocolate covered esspresso beans2 TBS Torani Sugar-Free Vanilla syrup
Directions
Place crushed ice at the bottom of a powerful, ice crushing blender. Add all other ingredients. Blend on Milkshake mode or blend on ice crushing mode until it reaches desired smoothnesss. Imbibe as a mini-meal or share 1/2 as a lighter "snack."
