ED'S Honey Hosin Chicken

3 lbs chicken breast no skin cubed2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp hoisin sauce2 tbsp honey1 fl oz white wine1 tbsp grated gingerroot1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper2 tbsp corn starch1 fl oz cold water 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Slow Cooker Recipe
Makes 6 servings, Serving size 8 oz chicken
Combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, wine, ginger, salt and pepper. Mix cubed chicken with sauce mixture and place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
Remove chicken from cooker. Turn cooker to high. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Mix cornstarch with juices from cooker. Cover and cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes, Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
