Healthy chicken pizza

- 16 oz whole wheat pizza dough- 2 tbsp green olive- 2 tbsp black olive- 8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast- 2 tbsp minced garlic- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese - Ground pepper and sea salt
1.Pre-heat oven to 375°F
2.In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast. Cover skillet with lid and cook on medium heat.
3.Take a large cookie sheet and cover will foil. Cover the foil with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
4.Spread the pizza dough out onto the cookie sheet using either a rolling pin or your hands.
5.Turn the chicken breast in the skillet over.
6.Place cookie sheet with pizza crust in the oven for 10 minutes.
7.During this 10 minutes, mix garlic, green olives, and black olives together in a small bowl.
8.Take pizza crust out of the oven. Spread olive and garlic mixture evenly over it.
9.Take chicken breast from skillet and place on cutting board. Cut into ½ long slices. Spread evenly over pizza.
10.Place pizza back into oven for 10-15 minutes or until browned.
11.Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over pizza and serve hot.
