Garlic/Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

2 - 15.5 oz Cans drained and rinsed Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans)3 Tablespoons Tahini (ground sesame)1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 Cup Lemon Juice3 cloves roasted garlic (you can also use fresh or minced garlic)1/2 Cup Roasted Red Pepper2 Tablespoons (more if needed for consistency) Water (I used the water from Garbonzo beans1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
Place all ingredients in food processor and process for a minimum of 2 minutes. Add salt to your own taste.
Sometimes I dice up a few extra Roasted Red Peppers and stir them in, it looks good and tastes good!
