Bridget's B*tchen Hot Fudge Cake

Ingredients

1 cup flour3/4 cup sugar2 tablespoons cocoa2 teaspoons baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 cup milk2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 teaspoon vanilla4 tablespoons cocoa1 cup packed brown sugar 1 and 1/3 cup water
Mix together all ingredients EXCEPT 4 tbsp Cocoa, Brown sugar and water
Put all of that in an ungreased 8by8 or 9by9 pan
Then mix together 4 tablespoons of cocoa and 1 cup (packed) of brown sugar and sprinkle it over the top of the batter. Then pour 1 and 1/3 cups of hot water over all of it and bake it for 30 - 40 minutes at 350 - the hot fudge sauce will be on the bottom but will kind of bubble through the top.
