Ingredients
1 egg ; 1/2 c.2% milk ; 1/2t. vanilla;1t. sugar; 4 slices of whole wheat bread
Directions
Beat egg. add milk,vanilla and sugar and blend well. Place mixture in a flate container that the bread can lay in. Dip one slice of bread at atime into the mixture , turn to coat both sides. Place the coated bread on a heated gridle. Cook until golden on each side. Serve with your favorite low calorie syurp or with fruit.
