Food Club Frozen Cut Okra, 1 cupPearl Coconut Milk, 0.3 cupHorizon Organic Fat-free plain yogurt, .0625 cupGhee, pure cow, 2.5 tbspOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Curry Leaves (1 long spring), 1 servingGinger & Garlic Paste, 1 tbsp Indian Green Chillies, 10 gram(s)Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)coriander powder, 1 serving Clubhouse Garam Masala spice, .17 tbsp
1.Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and curry leaves before adding salt,green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and fry furthur till onion turns brown.
2.Now add turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder and garam masala powder and saute for few minutes.
3.Add the tomato slices,simmer and fry until it becomes mushy and oil begins to seperate.
4.Now add okra pieces,mix well for few minutes and pour coconut milk into it.
5.Cover the pan and allow it to cook in medium heat.
6.You can add little water also if needed.
7.When it is completely cooked,stir in curd ,mix well and heat for 2 more minutes.
8.Remove and serve with steamed rice.
