venison mini meatloaf muffins

Ingredients
Venison and a few simple ingredients for a yummy low cal meatloaf.
Directions
Mix all ingredients along with any seasoning you like. I used Good Season's Garlic salad dressing mix , red pepper and a pinch of salt. Spray muffin pan with Pam and fill each compartment generously. Sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes or until done. You may need to cover with foil for the last 5 minutes or so of baking to keep from getting too brown.
