Cyndi's Chicken Crockpot Stew

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 lbs, chopped up Canned Tomatoes, diced, no salt added, 2 cans Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 lb bag Dark Red Kidney Beans, 2 cans, [drained and rinsed for less sodium] Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Red Peppers, 1 large, chopped Yellow Peppers, 1 large, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Pepper, black, 1 tsp Basil, 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash, Lime Fiesta, 2 tbsp [or chili powder]
Directions
Empty tomatoes with juice in large crockpot. Layer frozen corn, beans, chicken, seasonings, celery, peppers and onions. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low or 3-5 hours on high. Chicken and veggies should be tender. Makes 12 1 cup servings.
