Mushroom Noodle Kugel

Ingredients
1 bag egg noodles, cooked, drained and cooled3 eggs beaten1/4 cup canola oilsalt and pepper to tastesauteed chopped mushrooms - shitake, cremini, oyster, play with the combo to taste.
Directions
Put oil in hot pyrex and heat at 350 F
Mix noodles, eggs, mushtooms, salt and pepper and spread over hot oil. Spray misted oil on top of noodles
Bake at 350F for 1 Hour
