Lingonberry Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup Felix Lingonberries1 banana, mashed1 cup plain soy yogurtScant 1/3 cup Sunflower oil4 Tbsp seedless, no sugar added Raspberry Jam1 2/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mix all ingredients other than flour and soda well. Quickly add flour and soda, stir just until moistened then put into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Makes 12 muffins.
