Banana cookies

Ingredients
3 cups quick rolled oats3 riped bananas1/3 cup oil1/3 cup applesauce1/3 cup dried cranberries1 teaspoon vanillaCinnamon (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together (you can substitute the applesauce and cranberries for dates or other dried fruits).

Put on a greased cookie sheet, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Makes 24 2inch pieces.
