1 c. chopped onion,2 cloves garlic, chopped1/4 chicken brothcook above ingredients until tenderBrown following ingredients:1 lb. ground white turkey breast1 tbsp olive oilAdd:1 14.5 oz can unsalted tomatoes, chopped1 8 oz tomato sauce, low sodium1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp dried basil1 tsp salt free herb seasoningblack pepper and no salt seasoning to taste1/4 chopped parsleyCook turkey mixture 15-20 minutes1 cup non-fat cottage cheese3 cups sliced zucchini2 tbsp rice flour to sprinkle on zucchiniLayer zucchini sprinkled with flour, cheese mixture and turkey mixture.1 tbsp parmesan to top Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
