1/2 cup cold water1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup orange juice (I use pulp free)1/4 cup Splenda1/4 cup Egg Beaters (equivalent to 1 egg)1/2 tsp. vanillaIce
Directions
Add all ingredients to the blender, using 1 drinking glass full of ice. Mix it together and enjoy immediately!
