Ingredients
2 cups white rice long grain2 cups water1 can oc cream of chicken soup1 can cream of mushroom soup4 chicken breasts CUT INTO STRIPS6 tablespoons of butter/margerine (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put all ingredients into lage caserole dish and cover. Salt and pepper to your liking. Cook for 60 minutes. Easy!
