1 can Worthington Vegetarian Burger6 eggs1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal1 pkg Lipton onion soup Recipe mixThis nutritional information DOES NOT include oil. If you choose to fry your patties in oil, add that into your nutritional info.
Mix ingredients together while you heat a large frying pan with 2/3 Tbsp vegetable oil. Use a 1/3 cup measure to make 4 patties per pan-full, frying on each side for 3-4 minutes.
For a lower-fat version, spray a cookie sheet with pam, flatten the patty mix into burger patties, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Makes 12 1/3 cup patties, with 132 calories, 4 grams of fat & 12.5 grams of protein in each low-fat patty. If you fry them in oil, you add an additional 3 grams of fat & 25 calories per patty.
